Training on use of the web-based Weatherization Assistant (WAweb) is available through US Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) training centers. See the National Association for State Community Services Programs website for a list of WAP training centers.
For technical assistance, please see the Manuals and Training Material and NEAT and MHEA Support Material pages. Direct technical assistance is provided only to WAP grantees, implementers, and trainers.
